With 25 years in real estate, Rachael has built a long career in sales alongside design-builds, interior design, and investment property creation — spanning short-term, mid-term, and long-term unfurnished rentals. She brings a rare combination of market intuition and design sensibility to every project, ensuring that what gets built is both beautiful and strategically sound.

A Santa Barbara native who grew up in Carpinteria, Erik has spent 25 years mastering the craft of residential construction. A dedicated father, he approaches every build with the same care and precision he puts into everything that matters — doing it right the first time, and making it last.
